Does AccommodationBookers charge a booking fee?
AccommodationBookers.com.au offers a “free service” to customers – we DO NOT CHARGE A BOOKING FEE!
Do I have to pay the full amount for the accommodation booking now?
When you book your accommodation with us you pay only a 10% deposit now, and pay the outstanding balance on arrival to the accommodation provider.
Can I only book ‘last minute’ accommodation with AccommodationBookers.com.au?
You can book your accommodation up to 365 days in advance. Allowing you to get in early and secure the hotel of your choice at great prices. We also have great ‘last minute’ rates for accommodation bookings within the next 28 days.

How do I cancel or amend a booking?
If you wish to cancel or amend your booking then please contact the accommodation provider directly. Contact details can be found on your ‘Booking confirmation’ email under ‘Accommodation Providers Details’. Cancellation fees may apply. The cancellation policy for the accommodation provider can be found on your ‘Booking confirmation’ email under ‘Booking Details’. The earlier you inform the accommodation provider that you wish to cancel your booking, the greater the chance you have of not being charged a cancellation fee.

Can I make special requests to the Hotel?
You can make requests to the hotel in the ‘Requests’ section of the online booking form. Requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Can I only book accommodation for Hotels?
You can book accommodation for: Hotels, Motels, Resorts, Tourist Parks, B & B’s, Backpackers/Hostels, and Holiday/Serviced Apartments.
How do I supply customer feedback about a Hotel I have recently stayed at?
Only customers who have completed an accommodation stay are entitled to submit customer feedback for that reservation. An email will be sent to the customer 5 days after their stay inviting them to supply customer feedback.
