How to search for accommodation
Map of Australia (great for browsing)
- Select the State, then the Region, and then the Town
OR
Search function (great if you know exactly where you want to go)
- Located to the left of screen. Enter the State, then the Region, then the Town and the Date
- Click Search
How to check ‘Room availability and rates’
Enter your ‘Check in’ date and number of ‘Rooms’ required. This will show room availability and rates for all accommodation providers in the selected ‘Area’.
How to select a Hotel
‘All’ accommodation providers in the selected ‘area’ will be shown (default setting). You can narrow your search down to particular accommodation types by selecting one of the following tabs:
- Motels, Hotels and Resorts
- Apartments and B & B’s
- Tourist Parks
- Backpackers
Once you have selected the accommodation type you are looking for you can then ‘Sort by’:
Once you have found a suitable Hotel, click on the Hotel’s Image or ‘View details’. This will take you to the Hotel’s information page, where you can find all the information you need about the Hotel including ‘Customer Feedback’ and the Hotels location on our downloadable ‘Town maps’.
To check room availability and rates for another date, select ‘Change Dates’ or click on ‘Previous 7 days’ or ‘Next 7 days’. You can also ‘Reset’ selected check boxes.
How to select your room(s)
- Select the ‘check boxes’ next to the appropriate ‘Room Type’ and ‘Room No.’ for the dates you want to stay. The selected rooms will auto tally and show the total price
- Please take note of ‘Minimum night stay’ conditions. For example if ‘2 night minimum stay’ condition shows for that date, you then need to additionally select the day before, or the day after, the selected day to meet the 2 night minimum stay condition
- Once you have made your selection and you wish to complete the booking, select ‘BOOK’

- You cannot make a booking for today’s date |

- If you are booking a cabin/apartment/caravan etc, then the ‘Room No.’ refers to the number of cabins/apartments/caravans etc you are booking |

- Only rooms that are available will be displayed. Therefore, it is possible for the number of rooms shown to be less than the number of rooms you have requested. You may have to book different room types or book on another date |
How to complete the booking
Booking Details
- Check all Booking Details are correct.
Please take note of the following items under ‘Booking Details’:
- Amount to Pay Now to AccommodationBookers.com.au
- Outstanding Balance to be paid to the Hotel on arrival
- Hotel’s Cancellation Policy
Guest Details
- Enter Guest Details by completing all fields as accurately and comprehensively as possible
- Mandatory fields (marked with an *) must be completed
Credit Card Details
- Enter you Credit Card Details
- Click on the ‘Terms and Conditions’ link to view our full ‘Terms and Conditions’
- If you agree with the ‘Terms and Conditions’ tick the adjacent check box
- Click ‘Book Now’ to pay and complete the booking
- Within 24 hours a confirmation email will be sent to you from the accommodation provider either ‘Confirming’ or ‘Declining’ your request. If your request is declined then your deposit will be refunded in full
