Definitions used in this agreement:
You/your: Customer including a customer’s agent or person entering into this agreement.
Accommodation Provider: A legal entity that supplies accommodation.
We/us/our: Webb Solutions Pty Ltd ACN 121 802 257 trading as AccommodationBookers.com.au.

| 2. |
AccommodationBookers provides this website facility for the sale of accommodation by providers who control their own room availability inventory. The Accommodation Providers are fully responsible for the availability of the accommodation on this website. AccommodationBookers receives payment for its booking services, but does not act as an agent for Accommodation Providers. |

| 3. |
Upon confirmation of reservation through this website by you, you agree to the terms set out in this agreement. This includes your agreement to pay in cleared funds a 10% deposit of the total value of the accommodation booking inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (“GST”). That payment will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card as entered by you. Once your reservation is confirmed by the Accommodation Provider, the 10% deposit is not refundable and is not transferable for any reason. If your reservation is not confirmed by the Accommodation Provider your deposit will be refunded in full. |

| 4. |
You will be responsible for the payment of the outstanding balance of the accommodation booking, including any applicable additional guest charges and GST, direct to the Accommodation Provider on arrival at the accommodation. |

| 5. |
At check-in you will be required to provide photo ID to confirm the booking and provide a credit/debit card to cover incidental charges. |

| 6. |
You must be over the age of 18 to book accommodation on this website. |
| |
|
| 7. |
| Any cancellation must be made by directly contacting the Accommodation Provider. By booking and confirming a reservation, in addition to the paid 10% deposit, you authorise AccommodationBookers to charge the first night’s accommodation to your credit/debit card without further notice to you should you: |
| a) |
cancel your reservation without the minimum notice required by the Accommodation Provider; or |
| b) |
fail to arrive at the accommodation as arranged; |
in accordance with the Accommodation Provider’s cancellation policy. If a change is required to your reservation, the Accommodation Provider must be contacted directly by you and, at its discretion, the Provider may agree to the change. |

| 8. |
Every reasonable effort is made by AccommodationBookers to maintain accurate information and content on the website. However, no guarantee can be given that the site or any information on it, including maps, is error free. It is the responsibility of the Accommodation Providers to supply and ensure the accuracy of information and content on the website about their own accommodation facilities. |

| 9. |
You agree that AccommodationBookers will not be held liable for any unavailability or unsuitability of accommodation, or any losses or accidents, however caused. You fully release AccommodationBookers with regard to any losses or claims with respect to property or persons. |

| 10. |
You acknowledge that it is the sole responsibility of the Accommodation Provider to provide the accommodation services and agree that you will not make a claim against AccommodationBookers for failure or errors in bookings through this website, and any consequences, for whatever reason. |

| 11. |
The customer feedback information included on this website allows you to view independent feedback from other customers in relation to their experiences of the services provided by Accommodation Providers. AccommodationBookers does not warrant the correctness, truthfulness, reliability or credibility of the information provided by other customers. The views expressed are not those of AccommodationBookers nor are they endorsed by us. In order to ensure the feedback is the most current, only recently completed customer feedbacks will be published on the website. |

AccommodationBookers has no control over the material found on those other websites, and as such does not imply any endorsement of their content. If you choose to follow a link to another website, you assume all risks associated with that choice. |

The laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, govern these terms and conditions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in resolving all disputes arising out of or relating to matters associated with this Agreement, regardless of the Accommodation Provider’s or your own location. |
